Holland Audio Tours was launched in October 2009. Owners Hans van den Nieuwendijk and Christina DeRidder decided to create a website where they could combine all the knowledge they collected throughout the years.

Both Hans and Christina work as professional voice talents. Christina also works as a web designer and Hans is a journalist/producer. And both have extended writing skills in both Dutch and English. Their knowledge of the Netherlands combined with all their other skills, was the perfect base for this website with clear and understandable English narrated audio tours.

All the audio tours are made from scratch. Hans and Christina research for month at end to create a city tour, using the internet, books and magazines to find the perfect POI's for you. After a tour is written either Hans or Christina record the tour in their own professional studio, after which Hans will edit the audio into a product you will enjoy listening to.

The launch of the website was only the beginning. Tours are created ongoing, and not only of big cities like Amsterdam and The Hague, but also of less known cities and small towns that are well worth a visit!
Beside city tours they also created a couple of theme tours, like the Van Gogh tour, Rembrandt Tour and Anne Frank tour, where you will be able to follow in the footsteps of those well known Dutch.

Beside walking tours, they also offer car tours, like their WWII tour, that will take you to a lot of famous and infamous spots from the WWII.

It is a great way to discover the Netherlands, just you and your MP3 player!
